About Minger
Minger cheese is an orange annatto, soft-washed rind, nod to French monsters Reblochon or Pont-l'Eveque. Minger is deliciously unctuous in texture and taste but BEWARE it's a wee stinker! The annatto wash creates a sticky bright orange rind, like a Scottish Munster or an Epoisses.
